Pandika Pleqi is a highly accomplished architect and senior project manager with over 30 years of experience delivering thoughtful, technically rigorous design across a wide range of project types. Her work spans multifamily housing, civic and institutional buildings, healthcare facilities, and historic renovations, with a consistent focus on quality, clarity, and constructability.
Originally trained and practicing in Albania, Pandika has contributed to the architectural landscape of Maine since 1995. Prior to joining Invivid Architecture in 2026, she was a partner at Winton Scott Architects, where she played a key role in shaping complex projects from concept through completion.
Pandika brings deep expertise in both new construction and adaptive reuse, with a particular strength in navigating complex project teams and stakeholder groups. She is known for her ability to balance design intent with technical execution—ensuring projects are not only well-designed, but also well-built.
Her leadership spans all phases of a project, from early planning and design through construction administration, with a strong command of code compliance, detailing, and contractor coordination.
